Description
This Corrugated Roof Color Steel Roll Forming Machine is for roll forming corrugated sheet, due to 0.2mm high tension grade steel coil is hard for keeping round at the two sides, we have designed six groups side rollers for solving this problem. All the forming rollers raw material is 45# steel and fine polished before hard Chrome coated. It is good for anti- rust, also good roll forming beautiful corrugated roof panel surface.
This is a stronger corrugated roof roll forming machine, all the roof sheet are made from 550MPa material, in order to produce good effective product, we choose 95mm diameter solid shafts.
We also can call this machine as high speed corrugated roof color steel roll forming machine, the max speed can be 25m/min, so we design the hydraulic non-stop cutting device. This is the new design of cutting, it can improve the whole producing line speed a lot.
