This is one set of automatic double deck metal wall sheet roll forming machine, the hydraulic station has been installed inside of machine frame.
At the feeding end of whole roll forming machine, there are manual pull pre-cutter for cutting steel coil head if neccessary. Hand wheels have been matched with feeding table also, it is more convenient for adjusting feeding guider suit to different sizes of steel coil width.
Our all metal roofing roll forming machines are controlled by PLC system, the producing length, quantity can be set on touch screen. the producing line can produce corresponding task according to the order you set in its PLC system.Producing speed is adjustable also, there frequency inverter inside PLC constrol box for adjusting.
