This high speed step tile forming machine is with following cutting device cutting, this can increase whole line's producing speed. See below picture, we have designed running rail at the end of roll forming machines, When the line is working automatically, the pressing die section and cutting section will run together with step tile roof, after reach at correct length correction, it will press tiles and cutting off automatically.
 

 
This steel roof tile forming machine is one full automaticaly producing line, after the steel roof tile comes out from cutting section, there is automatic roof stacker. This stacker is pneumatic driving, the metal roof come on horizontal direction, then it will fall down to the bottom layer, after finished one package, the machine hand will push them out for manual packing. Metal roofing tile samples come out from the corrugated metal roofing tile roll forming machine, pressing tile at first and then cutting off under correct length we have set on PLC control board. The machine frame is standing pillar type, new style type in the market right now.
