This Sheet Metal Crimping Machine Manufacturer, Metal Crimper Machine is hydraulic driving, for curving flat roof sheet into arc shape with crimping.With three stations feeding rollers feeding material, automatic feeding with encoder to inspect feeding length. The side wall frame thickness is 25mm, strong enough, choose Simenz servo motor to transport to ensure the accuracy.
Min. crimping radius is 450mm, the crimping die has been designed as quick-change type, four guiding colums structure with rolling bearings inside.
Whole sheet metal crimping machine can work on horizontal diretion and vertical direction, it can be turned over by operating the switch on PLC control canbinet.
