1. This C/U/Sigma 140-300 framing machine is interchangeable, can produce all sizes between 140mm and 300mm C and U profile;
2. Forming Speed: 32m/min, very high speed;
3 . Whole line producing capacity: max 5-8ton/8hour;
4. With two groups rollers at roll forming machine finished end for straightening  steel frame more straightly;
5. Whole machine frame thickness is 35mm, stronger enough for producing more thicker material.

Our prefab light steel house framing machine choose pre-punch post-cut roll forming Chart, the steps as below:

De-coiler→ Leveling Device→ Punching Device→ Roll Forming System→Cutting Device →Out-let table

De-coiler

• De-coiler Type: Auto Hydraulic de-coiler
• Capacity: 5.0T, Diameter of inner: 480-510mm; Diameter of outer: 1250mm

Punching Section

All punching dies are made from Cr12. Driven by hydraulic station. Holes parameter are able to set by PLC, Including Punching length and numbers.

Four leveling devices are used to fasten the raw material. When punching system is on working, the raw material will be fixed tightly by leveling device to ensure the job precision.

• Hydraulic station: 11 kw + cooling system
• Punching station: standard 6 stations
• Driven by servo motor.

①height cut ②web dimple 13*17 mm ③service hole 165mm

④web board buckle ⑤flange dimple M6 ⑥ web service hole: 40*80mm

• Punching precision within +/-1mm
• After hole punching, raw material will be driven in to roll forming system.

Rolling Forming System

      Main motor type: 3 phase servo motor

• Main motor power: 22Kw, 50Hz, 380V
• Speed of forming: 32m/min
• Comprehensive speed: 5-12m/mi
• Roller : 19 groups rollers . Roller Material is Cr12 mould steel being quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession. This ensure rollers are all on good condition and long life. 
• Shaft & Frame: Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.
• The frame is designed as strong as its required to bear the whole rollers and shafts. This ensure machine is able to work in long life without repairing any shafts and frames.

Diameter of main shaft: ø75mm , Material of main shaft : 40Cr.

• Machine frame

Material of frame: 45# steel

Frame Thickness: 35mm

• Flare control rollers
• Flare device is made of two group rollers (each group has 4 rollers) with manual adjusting device, This type of device is used to straighten the shape of products. to ensure the length precision.

• Hydraulic Cutter

Cutting material: Cr12 Cr12MoV Cr12(total three blades)

Hydraulic motor power: 5.5KW

Hydraulic Pressure: 16Mpa

Safety Guard:

            Safety Guard covers the whole machine to ensure worker’s safe.

      Each parts of safety guard is linked with lock. Safety switch is available to stop machine when safety guard is open.

Computer system.

           The computer system is able to read TXT format and connect with machine directly. It can control machine auto-running and demonstrate forming status dynamically, including punching and cutting. Also it is able to scan production data with the  computer system.
