Manual Type Chnage Instruction
This Metal Stand Seam Roof Forming Machine With Roof Bending Machine both can roll forming straighten standing seam roof and tapered standing seam roof. The roof middle width can be changed by changing sveral Roller Spacers.
The type change steps is as below:
Remove cutting blades first, change the pre-machined Spacers according instruction manually, which are designed to allow for tapered or straight panels to be formed; Then feed the tapered flat sheet from one side of roll former to form this side’s shape, after run out, take it back to the feeding place, feed the panel from another side to run to the end to form the tapered pane.
