Roll Forming Machine Maintenance

(1) Decoiler: Shrink the claws put on coil material expanding coil inner hole.

Add oil onto the inner main shaft, shrink the claws and revolve the hand wheel forward, then expanding the claws and backward the hand wheel again.

(2) Light Steel Keel Roll Forming Equipments: Keep all the rollers clean, and add oil into bearings, chains gears and other driving part regularly.

(3) Cutting device: lubricate the cutting blades and add oil regularly; the upper cutting blade’s journey should be not over, only goes down 2mm is ok.
