We need to know the finished products size details, and what kind of material do you use? GI or Aluminum? And the thickness of material?

3. Can one roll forming machine could only process one style or one size profile?
Not exactly, it is based on your quality standard of the finished products. For the press punching machine, it is no problem for different style profile and size,we only need to change the punching pin is ok. But if roll forming machine, one machine process different size is not often, but we do not advice to process different profile in one machine.
4. What do you do if our roll forming machine could not work ?
Our machine’s warranty period is 1 year, if the parts is broken, we could send you the new part without cost, but buyers need pay the express charges. After warranty period, we can negotiate to see how to solve the problems, and we offer technical support for the machines.
