Two Layers Exchanging Working Details
This dual level sheet metal roofing machine has two layers, one layer can roll forming one roof sheet design, but two layers can not working at the same time, we have designed maual clutch to change working levels. If we need the produce above level, switch the clutch manually to above passing level, it is easy for poerator.
Breaking Sections Design For Transport
This double level roll forming machine's length is total 12500mm, so breaking into two sections for stuiting 40feet container loading, we design screw nuts connecting, after this dual level sections arrive at user's site, it is easy to connect two sections by scews and nuts quickly.
Final Steel Roof Sheet inside Roll Forming Machines
For this design, the material is suit for Pre-paint Coil,0.7mm Minimum Thickness, 1.0mm Maximum Thickness, The raw material 0.7mm steel sheet for inspection, in common use, Grade: G450.
