Features
This double layer roll forming machine has been manufactured for our Philiphines customer, the purpose is for saving factory place and manufacturing cost, two layers can not be run on the same, when we need to produce upper layer roof roll forming design, the low layer should be stopped and lock. Whole double layer roll forming lines can work smoothly like only one layer roof sheet roll forming machine.

Roll Forming Machine processing step
Leading the steel coil into our material feeding guide, adjust material running direction correctly, start the PLC control system to start test first one piece sample. Roll Forming Machines Installation Step
First, all the forming rollers will be installed on shafts;
Second, install the shaft seat on shaft end also;
Third, lift all the roller shaft set on machine frame.
Fourth, test by steel coil after install driving motor;
Fifth, install the cutting device after testing the roof sample is OK.
